Overview
The Catering Sales Manager, NYC at Impact Kitchen is responsible for building and scaling our catering and partnership channels across New York City, driving measurable revenue growth and recurring business. This role leads proactive outreach through calls, visits, networking, and community engagement, while securing long-term partnerships with corporate, wellness, and local business clients. The manager oversees the full sales cycle, from CRM pipeline management and targeted marketing campaigns to exceptional client service, event representation, and operational execution, including hands-on support with deliveries when needed.

Core Responsibilities
- Build and scale the catering and partnerships channel across New York City, with clear revenue targets and measurable growth goals.
- Execute consistent outbound outreach through cold calls, in-person visits, drop-ins, networking events, and community engagement to build relationships with corporate offices, wellness organizations, fitness studios, and local businesses.
- Identify and secure long-term partnerships with companies aligned with Impact Kitchen’s brand values, focusing on recurring catering, employee meal programs, and event-based opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of leads, accounts, opportunities, and follow-ups within a CRM.
- Actively manage pipeline stages from prospecting to close and retention.
- Create and execute catering newsletters, e-blasts, and targeted outreach campaigns to drive repeat orders, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches.
- Provide above-and-beyond service throughout the customer journey, from inquiry to delivery to follow-up, ensuring a seamless and above and beyond experience.
- Represent Impact Kitchen at community events, corporate pop-ups, tastings, and partnership activations to generate leads and deepen brand presence.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of catering orders, including providing hands-on support with packaging or direct delivery when needed.
- Work closely with the Co-founder, Head of Growth & Innovation, and Director of Operations to align sales strategy with operational execution and capacity planning.
- Track client satisfaction, survey responses, and retention metrics. Identify opportunities to improve service quality, menu offerings, and partnership value.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, outreach activity, conversion rates, revenue performance, and partnership growth. Share weekly and monthly insights with leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Optimize and grow catering revenue from third-party catering delivery platforms by enhancing listings, managing promotions, monitoring rankings and reviews, and improving conversion performance. Build strong platform relationships and leverage data insights to maximize visibility and order volume.
